Practising Non-violent Communication and discovering conflict patterns: The 5-day retreat in the car-free eco-village of Ces, 1400m above sea level, offers you space to contribute to your inner peace and thus to peace in the world.
When: Friday 23 (5 pm hiking up) – Tuesday 27 August 2024 (10 am hiking down)
Where: Alp Ces, Ticino, Switzerland (course starting point: Chironico, 2 hours hike together. Your luggage will be transported by cable car.)
With: Eva Maurer (NVC trainer, coach), Olivia Della Croce (CNVC certified trainer, mediator) & Regula Friedli (Theatre maker, Tamalpa Dance Live Art Process)
Course content:
This retreat provides a comprehensive introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) according to Marshall Rosenberg. With practical exercises and lifelike scene design. It is an opportunity to get in contact with yourself and others in an authentic way and to experience NVC as a “game changer” and “peace maker”.
Complementary activities: morning bathing at the waterfall (optional), Qi Gong, exploring mountain surroundings, NVC-Dyads (meditations for two), Body-NVC, or wood fire sauna (optional).
Course language is English. Trainers are Eva Maurer (coach, CNVC certification candidate), Olivia Della Croce (CNVC trainer), and Regula Friedli (theatre maker)
Accommodation and food: 2- and 3-bed rooms in your own sleeping bag (blankets available) or your own tent. Organic vegetarian food.
Price:
Overnight stay, full board incl. luggage transport, and course (5 days / 4 nights)
